Customer Success Manager Logistics
Burq
Own merchant and enterprise relationships at Burq using customer success expertise, AI tools, and logistics knowledge in a fully remote role.
As Customer Success Manager, you will manage post-sale relationships from onboarding through renewal and growth. You will advise customers, champion their needs internally, and keep accounts healthy. The work combines account management, adoption, retention, expansion, and technical integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and launch merchant and enterprise customers
- Monitor usage data, account health, churn risk, and retention
- Run regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews
- Coordinate with supply, support, sales, product, and leadership
- Own ARR, churn, and NPS reporting
Requirements:
- Three to five or more years managing complex accounts
- Experience in logistics, delivery, supply chain, or carrier operations
- Comfort with APIs and technical integrations
- Proven onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion results
- Daily fluency using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
