Enalees is a biotechnology company based in the Paris region, France that develops, manufactures, and markets rapid molecular diagnostic test solutions using an isothermal amplification method to detect pathogens. The company has developed more than 50 diagnostic tests to identify over 20 infectious diseases in ruminants, equines, cats, and dogs. We have expanded into Canada, and are building a small, high-performing team dedicated to bringing this innovative diagnostic platform to veterinary practices across the country.

Enalees is transforming veterinary medicine with these rapid molecular diagnostics at the point of care. Our technology enables veterinary teams to diagnose infectious diseases in under 30 minutes, empowering clinicians to make faster treatment decisions and improve outcomes for livestock, horses and companion animals.

We are seeking a Business Operations Lead to oversee marketing coordination, logistics, customer experience, and office operations across Canada.

The Role

This is a high-ownership and high-impact role in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. You will work directly with the General Manager, sales and veterinary affairs to ensure operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience to drive growth.

The Business Operations Lead plays a central role in building and supporting Enalees Canada’s operations as we scale nationally.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations

Manage day-to-day operational activities for Enalees Canada
Coordinate inventory, ordering, and distribution of diagnostic products
Implement and maintain operational processes and systems
Support financial tracking including invoices, purchase orders, and expense management
Assist leadership with operational planning and reporting

Customer Experience

Serve as a key contact for veterinary clinics and distributors
Coordinate order fulfillment and customer inquiries
Ensure a smooth customer journey from onboarding to ongoing support

Marketing & Communications

Coordinate marketing initiatives including conferences, events, and campaigns
Assist with content development and digital communications
Support brand consistency across customer materials and communications

Logistics & Supply Chain

Coordinate product shipments and inventory management
Manage relationships with logistics partners and distributors
Maintain inventory forecasting and supply planning

Administrative Leadership

Organize internal systems, documentation, and reporting
Support internal communication and team coordination
Help build scalable processes as the business grows

Qualifications

Experience

Experience in operations, business administration, and customer support
Experience in animal health, veterinary medicine, healthcare, or diagnostics is an asset
Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is highly valued

Skills

Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, technical, and leadership teams
