At Powell Contracting, we are also extremely active on college campuses and have an established and successful student co-op program. This developmental program teaches students the inner workings of the construction industry by engaging them with responsibilities that would be reflective of an entry-level role. We want to equip each co-op with the tools and knowledge required to succeed in the industry. Oftentimes, co-ops have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance. Developing and retaining top talent remains our priority.
