The On Side Restoration elite CAT (Catastrophic) team is always prepared to respond quickly to catastrophes and major weather events whenever they occur. CAT crews are often on-site within an hour of being called to the scene, while other staff members from any of our branches may be called in to provide further assistance.

Our Code Red Emergency Procedure is activated by our senior management team when a multitude of claims are received in rapid succession and are anticipated to continue. We maintain two semi-trailers in centralized locations, pre-loaded with CAT supplies and equipment, ready for immediate deployment. While responding, the on-site CAT team is in constant communication with our Operation’s and Dispatch Departments, Water Damage Managers and Insurance Adjusters to keep everyone informed. We provide emergency services, advise on repair vs. replacement costs, document every detail and efficiently manage all the tasks in between, to make even the worst catastrophe more manageable for all parties involved.
