HTA 75 is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Canadian hospitality workers by providing necessary skills training and career/employment supports. Its mission is to support the hospitality industry in building a strong and resilient workforce to meet future demands. Created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, HTA 75 offers accessible, integrated, and responsive programming to job seekers, employers, and workers. The Hospitality Training Action Centre 75 is funded by the Government of Canada and the Province of Ontario and is the training arm of UNITE HERE Local 75 (Toronto) and Local 261 (Ottawa). Its industry partners include leading hotel brands, food service companies, training facilitators, educators, employment service providers, and community agencies.
