Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio or Enterprise Interface Builder
- Configure and maintain various Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions in Workday
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and end-to-end testing of Workday integrations and configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations, reports, and configurations
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and releases and assess their impact on the existing Workday environment
- Develop custom reports and analytics in Workday using Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and business stakeholders on Workday-related queries and issues
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday development
- Proficient in Workday Studio and Workday Integration Cloud
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Financials, and Payroll modules
- Able to create custom reports, calculated fields, and integrations
- Experience with Workday security and business process configuration
- Knowledge of Workday REST APIs and web services
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Workday
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
