Requirements:
- Physically Fit and Able to Work Outdoors in Cold Weather
- Willingness to Work Shifts and Overtime, Including Nights and Weekends
- Valid Driver's License and Ability to Operate Snow Plows and Other Equipment
- Experience in Snow Removal or Similar Field
- Ability to Follow Safety Procedures and Protocols
- Strong Communication Skills and Ability to Work in a Team
- Willingness to Travel and Work in Different Locations
