- Ability to interpret and analyze alignment readings and make necessary adjustments
- Familiarity with mounting and dismounting tires, as well as performing rotations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing work orders and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors
