- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with maintenance and repair procedures for various types of tooling, including molds, dies, and jigs.
- Experience with CNC machining and programming is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
