- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to tool and equipment use
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is preferred
