Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconciling with purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored in designated locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits
  • Prepare and issue materials to production as per production schedule
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store room
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding delivery schedules and discrepancies
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for store keeping activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to operate inventory management software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
