Requirements:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively direct actors, crew, and other staff members during rehearsals and performances.
  • Extensive knowledge of theatrical productions, including script analysis, stage design, and lighting.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation to ensure successful execution of productions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams, including writers, choreographers, costume designers, and sound engineers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changes in production schedules and unexpected challenges that may arise during the rehearsal process.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple productions concurrently.
  • Proven ability to provide constructive feedback to actors and crew members to improve performances and enhance overall production quality.
