Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of assigned areas of the ship, including cabins, lounges, and public areas
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including answering questions, fulfilling requests, and assisting with any issues that arise
  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, including restocking and ordering as necessary
  • Assist with meal service, including setting tables, serving food and beverages, and clearing dishes
  • Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures, including participating in safety drills and ensuring all safety equipment is in good working condition
  • Collaborate with other ship crew members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks
  • Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the ship's management

Requirements:

  • - Previous experience as a ship steward or in a similar role
  • - Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
