Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in building operations
  • Proven experience in overseeing maintenance, repairs, and renovations of commercial buildings
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to manage a team of building operators and maintenance staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with tenants, contractors, and management
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies
