Responsibilities:

  • Conduct seismic surveys using specialized equipment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a related field.
  • -3 years of experience as a seismic observer or in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of seismic data acquisition, processing, and interpretation techniques.
  • Proficient in the use of seismic data acquisition software and equipment such as geophones, seismographs, and GPS.
  • Ability to work in remote locations for extended periods of time and in adverse weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with other members of the seismic team and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, to meet project deadlines.
