Requirements:
- Ability to operate and maintain a seam welding machine
- Knowledge of different types of seams and their applications
- Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
- Familiarity with safety procedures and ability to work in a safe and organized manner
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed
