  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to plan and schedule rigging operations, taking into account factors such as load capacity and weight distribution
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly identify and address issues that may arise during rigging operations
  • Familiarity with software tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project for creating rigging plans and schedules
