Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and executives, and incorporate feedback into design iterations
Ensure design consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints, including web, mobile, and other platforms, by creating and maintaining design guidelines and standards
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design and share knowledge with the team to promote continuous improvement

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role in remote work setting
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
Strong portfolio of design projects that demonstrate expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a remote environment
Familiarity with agile development processes and design thinking methodologies
Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
