Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and processes to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Create and execute testing plans for new products, features, and enhancements.
- Identify and document software defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001 and FDA requirements.
- Train and mentor QA team members on testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies
- Experience in managing and leading a team of QA testers
- Knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, SoapUI, and JMeter
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
