Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to gather information and data necessary for proposal development
- Write and edit proposals, including technical and financial proposals, in response to RFPs and RFQs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales representatives, and other stakeholders to develop compelling proposals that meet client needs and objectives
- Ensure compliance with proposal guidelines and requirements, including formatting, content, and submission instructions
- Manage proposal development process, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with graphic designers and other professionals to develop visually appealing and impactful proposal materials
- Develop and maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and other resources to streamline future proposal development efforts
- Conduct post-submission analysis and debriefs to identify areas for improvement and inform future proposal development strategies
