Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze incoming RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotes) to determine feasibility and profitability of potential projects
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary information and develop proposals that meet customer requirements
  • Create and maintain proposal documents, including pricing sheets, scope of work, and project timelines
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns
  • Track proposal metrics and analyze win/loss data to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs to develop competitive proposals
  • Participate in proposal presentations and meetings with customers as needed
  • Provide support to sales and business development teams in identifying and pursuing new opportunities

Requirements:
