Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and maintaining property grounds and facilities
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and repairing
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers
- Identifying and resolving any safety hazards or maintenance issues
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance work and inventory of equipment and supplies

Requirements:

- Experience in property maintenance, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to property maintenance
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
