Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting and maintaining property grounds and facilities

Requirements:

  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to property maintenance
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
