Requirements:
- Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to operate and maintain tools and equipment related to property maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with tenants and property owners
- Physical fitness and dexterity to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and address maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between properties.
