Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure that the team is following the Scrum framework and Agile principles
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize product backlog items
- Remove any impediments that are hindering the team's progress and productivity
- Track and report project progress and status to stakeholders and management
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their understanding and application of Scrum practices

Requirements:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager using Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
- Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and other Agile practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to lead and motivate the Scrum team.
- Expertise in identifying and resolving impediments and risks that might impact the success of the project.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of software development practices and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
