Production Support Analysts ensure seamless business operations by troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining production systems, and enhancing system performance. Responsibilities include system monitoring, issue resolution, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support production systems to ensure smooth operation
  • Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure new releases are deployed seamlessly
  • Identify and diagnose technical issues, and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and stability
  • Provide on-call support as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in production support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle or MySQL
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for production support issues.
