Principal Material Program Managers oversee the planning, procurement, and allocation of materials for production. They manage supply chain logistics, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure timely delivery to optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of material program strategy and planning

Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in material program management in a manufacturing environment

- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving project success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage material budgets, forecasts, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed for business purposes
