As a perfusionist, you'll be responsible for managing a patient's circulatory and respiratory functions during surgical procedures. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Perfusion or related field
  • Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a perfusionist
  • Knowledge of extracorporeal circulation techniques and equipment
  • Ability to monitor and interpret patient data during surgery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
