Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pastry chef role
- In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to create and execute innovative pastry recipes and designs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to manage inventory and ordering of necessary supplies
- Effective communication skills to work with other kitchen staff and management
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary degree or certificate in pastry arts preferred, but not required.
