Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor paint line machinery to ensure efficient and smooth operation
- Check and maintain the paint line equipment, troubleshoot and repair issues as needed
- Prepare and mix paint and coatings as per specifications
- Ensure that the work area is clean and organized before, during and after each shift
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Keep accurate records of production and quality control measures
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and targets
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Experience operating machinery and/or equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to identify defects in products
