Responsibilities:

  • Perform non-destructive tests on materials, components, or systems in accordance with established procedures and standards
  • Interpret and evaluate test results in terms of acceptability, discontinuities, and material characteristics
  • Develop and implement testing procedures and techniques to improve testing efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to determine testing requirements and resolve testing issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Certification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, such as UT, RT, MT, PT, ET, or VT
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in NDT
  • Knowledge of industry codes and standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, and NACE
  • Proficiency in using NDT equipment and software
  • Ability to interpret and analyze NDT results
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members
