- Develop and implement network security strategies and policies

- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of network security professionals
- Ability to assess and mitigate security risks, and develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are highly desirable
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
