Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills in both French and English
- Previous experience working with children or youth is highly preferred
- Must have strong leadership abilities and be able to effectively manage groups of children
- Must have a positive and patient attitude, as well as the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- A valid first aid and CPR certification is required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A background check and reference check will be conducted
