Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, database management, and reporting
- Proficiency in SQL and other data querying tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MIS systems, reporting tools, and data visualization techniques
