Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients and medical staff
- Ability to work long hours and handle high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology

- Physical stamina and dexterity to assist with labor and delivery procedures
