- Knowledge of metrology principles and practices, including calibration, measurement uncertainty, and statistical analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with ISO 17025 accreditation and quality management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot measurement errors and deviations
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to metrology, such as ASME, ASTM, and NIST
