  • Familiarity with MEMS fabrication processes such as lithography, etching, and deposition
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in MEMS packaging and testing is a plus
