Requirements:

- Familiarity with MEMS fabrication processes such as lithography, etching, and deposition
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in MEMS packaging and testing is a plus
