Hard skills:
- Manual Therapy Techniques - Knowledge and application of specific techniques, such as Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Deep Tissue Massage
- Anatomy and Physiology - Knowledge of the body’s structure and function, including musculoskeletal systems, organs and other body components
- Client Assessment - Ability to evaluate massage needs, identify problem areas, and develop treatment plans
