A Marshal is a highly trained law enforcement official responsible for promoting public safety and maintaining order in various settings. Their tasks include conducting investigations, enforcing laws, apprehending wanted individuals, and ensuring the overall well-being of their community.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees by monitoring and controlling access to the premises
  • Patrol designated areas to detect and deter criminal activity
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies, including medical emergencies, fires, and criminal activity
  • Provide assistance and guidance to guests and employees as needed
  • Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities
  • Document all incidents and activities during each shift
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations
  • Attend and participate in all required training and development programs

Requirements:

  • Physical fitness and agility to perform duties such as running, jumping, and climbing
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and the public
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on their feet
  • Experience in handling and controlling crowds in high-pressure situations
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Experience in law enforcement or security is preferred but not required
