Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the movement of vehicles and drivers
- Assign loads and routes to drivers based on capacity, availability, and customer requirements
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Resolve issues and conflicts such as delayed delivery, traffic congestion, and vehicle breakdowns
- Maintain accurate records and reports of loads, vehicle maintenance, and driver information
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to transportation and logistics
- Collaborate with other dispatchers and logistics personnel to optimize load planning and routing

Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
