As a learning consultant, you'll work with clients to design and implement effective learning and development programs. Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, organizational development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in analyzing learning needs and designing effective learning solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with learning technologies and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and adjust accordingly based on feedback and data analysis.
