- Proven experience working in a lean environment and implementing lean principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and eliminate waste in processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and facilitate lean projects and workshops, and coach team members on lean principles.
- Knowledge of lean tools and techniques, including Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology and certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and achieve measurable results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
