Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
  • Proven experience working in a lean environment and implementing lean principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and eliminate waste in processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate lean projects and workshops, and coach team members on lean principles.
  • Knowledge of lean tools and techniques, including Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology and certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and achieve measurable results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
