- Review animation work regularly to provide feedback and ensure that the project's vision is achieved
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the animation team's skills and capabilities
- Manage the animation team's schedule, workload, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of all animation deliverables
- Contribute to the recruitment and hiring process for new animators, as well as provide training and mentorship to the animation team
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure that animation deliverables meet all project requirements and expectations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in animation production
- Strong knowledge of 2D and/or 3D animation software and tools
- Ability to lead and manage a team of animators
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of storytelling, character development, and animation principles
- Experience in creating and animating characters, objects, and environments
- Ability to work on strict deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and feedback during the animation process
