Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction sites and ensure that work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and make sure they are on schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all workers are following safety protocols
- Document all construction activities and maintain accurate records of work done and materials used
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in construction or related field
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues
- Physical ability to regularly lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
- Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to enforce them on site
