Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or a related field.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills to accurately estimate project costs.
  • Familiarity with construction software and technology, such as Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of construction codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local and national laws.
  • Previous experience in construction estimating, preferably in a junior or assistant role.
