- Collaborate with IT teams and business users to gather and document ITSM requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Service Management
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in ITSM
- Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management processes
- Proficiency in using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
