- Collaborate with database administrators to optimize data storage and access
- Document ETL processes and provide end-user training
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
- Stay up-to-date with Informatica technology advancements and recommend process improvements
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter ETL tool - should have hands-on experience in designing, developing and implementing ETL workflows
- Good knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
- Ability to write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
- Experience in performance tuning of ETL jobs and SQL queries
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Autosys or Control-M
- Knowledge of Informatica Cloud and PowerExchange is a plus
- Experience in working with different data sources and targets like Oracle, SQL Server, and flat files
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues related to ETL jobs and data
