Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and laws
  • Coordinate and manage all import and export operations, including shipping, documentation, and customs clearance
  • Work closely with international suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
  • Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with changes in import and export regulations and laws, and adjust procedures as necessary
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain management is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in a second language is an advantage.
