  • Familiarity with HR software, such as Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations
