Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Experience in horticulture or related field
- Knowledge of plant biology, growth patterns, and seasonal cycles
- Skilled in planting, pruning, fertilizing, and harvesting various plants and crops
- Ability to identify and control pests and diseases in plants
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with horticultural equipment and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
