Requirements:

  • Experience in horticulture or related field
  • Knowledge of plant biology, growth patterns, and seasonal cycles
  • Skilled in planting, pruning, fertilizing, and harvesting various plants and crops
  • Ability to identify and control pests and diseases in plants
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Familiarity with horticultural equipment and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
