Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of plants, soil types, and landscape design
- Experience in managing a team of gardeners and assigning tasks
- Ability to plan and execute landscaping projects within a budget
- Physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of pest and disease management and ability to implement effective solutions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of garden maintenance
- Certification or degree in horticulture or landscape design preferred
