Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of plants, soil types, and landscape design
  • Experience in managing a team of gardeners and assigning tasks
  • Ability to plan and execute landscaping projects within a budget
  • Physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Knowledge of pest and disease management and ability to implement effective solutions
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of garden maintenance
  • Certification or degree in horticulture or landscape design preferred
